Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or utilizing NextMob software applications (including One Scanner, iSmart Scanner, and AI Document Hub), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and discontinue using the applications.
2. License Grant
NextMob grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the applications strictly for your personal, educational, or commercial business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Responsibility & Intellectual Property
You maintain full ownership of all documents, images, and content that you scan or process with NextMob software. You agree not to use the software to scan, copy, or distribute copyrighted materials in violation of applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
In-app purchases and periodic subscriptions are processed directly by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store). Billing terms, renewal cancellations, and refund policies follow the respective platform terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. NextMob disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding optical character recognition accuracy or uninterrupted service.
