1. Our Commitment to Zero-Knowledge Document Privacy
At NextMob (NextMob.Net), your privacy is our core design priority. When you use One Scanner, iSmart Scanner, or our mobile applications, all image processing, edge detection, and optical character recognition (OCR) algorithms execute locally on your physical device. We do not transmit, store, or inspect your scanned document contents on our servers without your explicit manual direction.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal aggregate telemetry necessary to ensure application stability and crash diagnostics:
- Device model, OS version, and language configuration for compatibility checks.
- Anonymized crash logs and performance metrics to fix bugs.
- Purchase and subscription status provided through Apple App Store or Google Play Store APIs.
3. Third-Party Cloud Integration
If you choose to sync your documents to external cloud drives (e.g. Google Drive, Apple iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive), authentication occurs directly between your device and the respective third-party service via secure OAuth 2.0 protocols. NextMob does not hold or store your third-party credentials.
4. GDPR and CCPA Compliance
